Diploma in Collaboration & Integration in Construction

The programme has been specifically designed to address the need for a practical course aimed at those responsible for the implementation of performance improvement across the business projects.

A fundamental element of the programme will be to help the candidates develop their leadership skills and to grow their capacity to innovate.

This is particularly important to the future of the industry as we move from a traditionally fragmented and often adversarial basis to a collaborative & integrated approach to delivering customer solutions.

Constructing Excellence’s recent report, ‘Never Waste A Good Crisis’ highlighted the continued need to improve the capability of the people who work on both the Client and supply side of the industry.

Graduates will stand out from their colleagues as people prepared to question current practice, critique their own performance and understand that making improvements involves managed change.

ACCREDITATION

The Diploma in Collaboration and Integration in Construction has been accredited by the Chartered Institute of Building to ACIOB. Graduates qualify for this level of membership without any further examination.

All CWA qualifications are accredited by CELL awards, an Ofqual approved awarding body.
